Returns:
Huntinglodge.no gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition for a full refund( excluding original shipping charge if any) Please contact us for a returns number/instructions if you need to return any item. The returns number must be displayed on the returned package. Email to store@huntinglodge.no
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
NB- We do not accept returns on sale items purchased online for orders outside of Norway.
NB- We do not monitor all social media channels so all communication must be through the email address above.
NB- We do not accept any returns if the item has been used for commercial use: photoshoots etc
Any order returned to Hunting Lodge due to receiver not accepting delivery will have any return shipping fees/import taxes deducted from any refund amount.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected/approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange any item purchased for the same item due to damaged or faulty goods please send us an email to store@huntinglodge.no and we will send you a returns number to use.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hunting Lodge AS, Markveien 58, 0550, Oslo, Norway.
NB- You must email us before hand and we will provide a returns number. Email to store@huntinglodge.no
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item of value you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Store Pickup:
All items purchased with the ‘Store Pick-Up’ function must be picked up from the store within 2 weeks of purchase. Otherwise the items will be returned to stock and purchase price refunded to the Paypal account used for payment. This repayment will be subject to a 150 NOK re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the re-payment.
All ‘Store-Pick’ up items are treated in the same respect as online purchases and have the same exchange/refund policy as mentioned above.
