Bronze started out like all good companies, with some faked products and a healthy sense of humour. Initially launched as spoof skateboard hardwear company, co-founder Peter Sidlauskas entered the market with bearings spray painted with gold paint! Then in 2012 they dropped 'game changing' film: ***56K*** (OFFICIAL VIDEO) [BRONZE HARDWARE EXCLUSIVE] [VERY RARE]. Mostly filmed on vintage video formats such at the VX1000 the video captured New York street skating at its finest. Quick edits on the soundtrack filled with dope obscure internet finds mixed with graphics, inspired by early internet days make this a classic movie. The brand still continue to amuse with fake board sponsors and tongue in cheek graphics, but with heavyweight collabs with Huf and Palace under their belt they have proved that they are a much loved brand that resonates with skaters worldwide.
